First, let me say, I LOVE "dollar stores" and other discount shops, however, there are several things I would not buy. These would include: any type of vinyl food carrier (they may test positive for lead), vitamins (check if all the nutrients you need are listed), small children's toys (these could be made in China and not meet US standards), electrical products ( always look for the UL label to be sure) and of course, make sure the "brand" is the "brand" and not a similarly spelled "brand").
