Tip of the Day: Hang Your Cookbook

If you are like me, I have lots of cookbooks that refuse to stay opened to the page of my recipe. If I'm not careful, the page has flipped to something else. A solution! (Wooden spoons and rolling pins don't always work!) A pants hanger that has clamps on it. Squeeze the clamps to your page and if you are lucky to have a cabinet that you can hook the hanger on, it will be at your eye level. No cabinet? It works fine laid flat. And no more mixed up recipes!
